There is a Medical Room available in college, which is looked after by the Medical Helpdesk
Committee. Major needs of the students are identified periodically and proper steps are taken for their rectification if feasible. A contractual nurse is working for the medical room. Her timings are from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm 6 days a week.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Objectives
- To provide basic medical assistance and first aid to students and staff.
- To give over the counter medicines, if the person is carrying the prescription
- To inform local guardians and parents in case of emergency and also take the students to nearby Government hospitals for further management.
- To provide medical assistance during all kinds of student activities eg, during admissions, sports day, examinations, students festival, etc.
